2012 - 2013 Enrollment Procedures
Preschool Program
Step 1: Sign up for an open house and/or school tour.
As you begin the process for admissions, Welcome Amigos invites you to sign up for an open house and/or school tour.
School Tours
The school tour
includes a classroom visit. Children are welcome to attend. At the end
of the class observation, you will have the opportunity to ask any
questions you may have. School tours last approximately 45 minutes.
Open House
In the open house you will learn about our curriculum and
description of our program. In addition, we take a tour of our facility. We
ask families to come without children during this visit. The open house last approximately 60 – 90 minutes.
Our open house and school tours for prospective families are scheduled

Step 2: Submit application and enrollment fee
Submit the Tuition agreement and Enrollment forms provided in the table below, along with the non- refundable enrollment fee of $100.00 to our address below:

After School Class Visit If you are enrolling
your child in the After School program, we would like to evaluate him or her
in a complimentary class to make sure that he/she is placed in the
appropriate class according to age and language proficiency. Parents are welcome to stay or come back after the
trial class. Trials/Evaluations take place from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Parents are
asked to be present by 4:30 p.m. to go over what options we can offer to your
child.
After completing these steps, we will send you a follow-up letter
by e-mail.
With only 12 students per class and a ratio of six students to
one teacher, Welcome Amigos is committed to individualized, active learning. We
achieve this through doing, exploring, collaborating, and connecting with
classmates and teachers, all while communicating en Español. Our unique
bilingual programs are geared toward each child’s passion and interests. We
recognize that no two children are alike and we celebrate each child’s
unique qualities by offering a customized program that is just right for them.
To expand learning beyond the school environment, we bring students and their
families together for social events, field trips, sing-along presentations, and
holiday celebrations. We also produce a monthly newsletter, and use
photographs, student portfolios, and video clips to keep every member of the
family up to date and involved in this one-of-a-kind education.
