We maintain a student-teacher ratio of 7:1 for the Pajaritos Class (TK Program) and 7:1 for the Ositos Class (Kindergarten Program). Our small class sizes allow teachers to provide individualized attention and guidance, ensuring that every child feels supported, confident, and engaged in the learning process.

To enroll, please submit your online application, sign the Admission Agreement form, and send your tuition by check to Welcome Amigos, 2825 Alameda de las Pulgas, San Mateo, CA 94403, or submit payment by Zelle to Welcome Amigos (communications@welcomeamigos.com).

Pajaritos Class
(Transitional Kindergarten Program)

The Pajaritos Class (TK Program) is designed to nurture and strengthen both personal and academic skills. Our students build a strong foundation in key areas such as literacy, math, problem-solving, and science, while their Spanish language skills thrive. By the time they graduate from Welcome Amigos to kindergarten, they are confident, well-rounded, and equipped with leadership skills. Their social abilities flourish in both English and Spanish, preparing them to excel in diverse environments and fostering a love for learning and collaboration.

Ositos Class
(Kindergarten Program)

The Ositos Class (K Program) builds on the strong foundation developed in the TK program by strengthening students’ academic and personal growth in a Spanish immersion environment. Children continue developing skills in literacy, math, science, and critical thinking while expanding their confidence and independence. Through engaging activities and collaborative learning, students strengthen their Spanish communication skills and grow as curious, responsible learners prepared for their next educational stage.
